Data Flow Diagram.

WHAT IS DFD

The Data Flow Diagram is commonly used also for the visualization of structured design data processing. The normal flow is represented graphically. A designer typically draws context level DFD first showing interaction between the system and the outside entities. Then this context level DFD will then be exploded in order to further show the details of system being modeled. A data flow diagram (DFD) is a graphical representation of the "flow" of data through an information system, modelling its process aspects. Often they are a preliminary step used to create an overview of the system which can later be elaborated. DFDs can also be used for the visualization of data processing.A DFD shows what kinds of data will be input to and output from the system, where the data will come from and go to, and where the data will be stored. It does not show information about the timing of processes, or information about whether processes will operate in sequence or in parallel.

RULES OF DFD

• Each process must have a minimum of one data flow going into it and one data flow leaving it.

• Data in data stores must be used (data shown flowing out) otherwise there is no reason to store it. Data must also be updated (new data shown flowing in) otherwise it will be obsolete and will not have been updated by the system.

• A data flow out of a process should have some relevance to one or more of the data flows into a process.

• Data stored in a system must go through a process.
• Data cannot be filed directly from an external entity (terminator) or retrieved directly by an external entity. This would be classified as a breach of security! A person or business outside another business should not have direct access to another business's filing system.

• Similarly, filing systems within an organisation cannot logically communicate with one another unless there is a process involved.One data store cannot have a direct link to another data store.

• All processes in DFDs must be linked to either another process or a data store. A process cannot exist by itself, unconnected to the rest of the system.

Synopsis

What Is A Synopsis?

A synopsis is primarily a condensation or a short presentation of Project.

A synopsis is not a list of opinions, or an examination of the feelings and/or conscious states, e.g. likes, dislikes, preferences, annoyances, etc. of the writer of the synopsis. if the writer wants to addend his or her reactions, he or she must take care to explain all the relevant points in the original Project reacted to.

What Should A Synopsis Look Like?

Part A: The Body of the Synopsis -- the minimal conditions.

1. First indicate a concern of the developer, or a point argued by the developer. A complex Project will have more than one of these but treat them one by one.
2. What secondary points does the developer make to establish the importance of his or her concern, or to reach the conclusion of his or her argument?
3. What reasons does the developer give for these secondary points?
4. Answer questions 1, 2, and 3 for each important item in the project.

Part B: Reaction and Evaluation - This is ALWAYS secondary!

1. Your personal judgments must be directed only at items brought up in Part A.Give reasons for your judgments. These can be the citation of counter-evidence, concerns about the consequences of the points made by the developer, or similar things. These reasons are never just your feelings. Your responsibility as a scholar is to give the reader of your synopsis -- assumed to be someone other than a close friend of yours -- good reasons for agreeing with your evaluations.

            It is the 20th Birthday of our classmate - Sohail Mulani a.k.a. Tharki. He has no hard feelings for anyone and he is sweet while interacting with anyone in the class. His ideas are so innovative that you will never get a gut feeling to accept it and work upon it. Haha. So Finally Today i m writing a post for our site.Firstly i m very happy to read my friend Sohail Mulani Posts who is inspired from the king of blogging Abhilash Ruhela. He (Abhilash) has given us a platform to express our thoughts.Sohail The upcoming Blogger is writing each and every incidents which r happening in whole day of College which is dangerous for us as it may be read by any person so i m requesting Sohail not to write such type of posts which hurt our image in front of our relatives and parents.

Sad day But We Made it HAppy

starting 2 lecture's were little bit boring,,,, but we 4 made our Day happy .... Yusuf the Jalebi Bai Dancer,,,, I the choreographer for yusuf.... abhilash the audience ,,, and saquib the video maker,,,, we eat together,,, slept together....enjoyed together... and thats we all call as the friends... right naaa....
At starting we were just sitting in the 5th floor of our colg bldng... and later we had food... after having food,,, we all just started teasing each other and started our Masti (i.e. chutiya giri)... Abhilash played a song Sadi gali from Tanu weds Manu .... and i started giving various expressions... that was very enjoyable for usss,,,,
And dont know what happend to Yusuf ,,, he just got up and started dancing ,,,, with vulgar style,,, but he was giving me challenge to come and join him ,,, and i did it.... he said abhilash to play the song of JAlebi Bai... and he was moving his ass just like mallika sherawat.... ohhhh, what a move from yusuf....

Later on saquib said that he want to change .... so abhilash said change here only... he was shying that some one will see him... and atlast he started changing his dress,,, abhilash was just concentrating on his body.... while he was moving his pant ,,, we saw yusuf ran with pants which saquib was going to wear.... ohhhh... saquibb....i got an video of himm but i will not publish it... qki kuch batein secret hi honi chahiye....
and later yusuf gave his pants ,,, and we hear someone is coming up,,, we just ran out .... and we moved to our canteen,,,..
that was the amazing moment had with friends.....

lets hope that all this Masti will be doing in Water kingdom also......

Left the job only for friends

I left the job because my friends were saying that this is our last year and you can also earn money after completing the graduation,,, my friends were right ... Felling so bad ,,, they told me that after completing your graduation ,, you are always welcome here.. i was very happy after hearing from by TL... as he was the only person wants to terminate me,,, "JAYENGE TOH WATT SE" ....

After the lecture Moved to Pandavgada

After 2 lectures in the morning,, we were just getting bored and want to get out with our classmates,,, and we all did it... This was the first time, we all the classmates were going to a tiny picnic ... all the students were thinking where to go and where to not? And atlast abhilash , premA ,siddhesh, tushar and other made the plan to go to Central park,,, Central park is the Biggest park in NAvi Mumbai... so we all gathered and moved to kharghar... but unfortunately the park was closed..
At that time our mood got down ,, and just blaming to one-another,, but in front of the Central park , there was a Heaven ,,, and we all planned to moved to heaven ,, instead of Central park... What a beautiful momment was there... yusuf was the first person to keep his mouth open for a while... and our friend tushar's sirname was pande ,, so all of us were teasing himm,, "pandeygada pandegada"... then we moved further ,, and there was a small part were the water was flowing heavily,,, and even we can't move from one part to another ,, but our hero --->> Sohail shaikh came just like a Superman ,, and saved girls ,,, ohhhhhh sohail shaikh , u r a great man...
Atlast we were just 5 min nera to the end of pandavgada,,, bu our nautanki girl richa,, came and told to other girls
"dont go so far ,,, its very dangerous"... hamko toh malum hi nahi tha na jhandu....
so atlast I, prashant nepte,, sohail shaikh (superman),vivek patil, siddhesh patil ,, were at the end point of pandavgada,,, we enjoyed a lot,,, ohhh , what a NAJARA ... it was just feeling like a heaven ,, i just cant believe that so many girls were there ,, firstly I and sohail went to the last point were any one was not allowed but later prashant nepte also came and joined us,,, we were moving with pressure of the water ,,, that water falling has more pressure...
Then we All went back ,,, when we were going to the main road to go our home ,, ann accident happend with Abhilash,,, he just fell down on one side ,, that was the MAST moment we had there.... and while moving ,, we planned to go on saturday ,,, and all of them would be coming to the end point of pandavgada.... and they promised us...

Our juniors are coming today ... And i m more exited then them... As we also were the juniors in 09.. And we knw how much we all were exited for our 1st day of colg... Agar 50 ladkiya aur 5 ladke yani 55 studnt ka batch hoga toh maa dhuri mazza aa jayega.. Aisa lag raha hai jaise hum phir se juniors hai... Seniors mein kaha maza jitna juniors mein hota hai, freshers party, sabki attention...ossam feling ... Isn't it? As we tried to make new friends i thnk they also do the same... Welcome our Super-Juniors !!!

            From tomorrow i.e. 18th July, our Super Juniors are going to attend the college. So lets hope for some beautiful girls.

3L , 3D and 3Y ( 2nd and 3rdDay )

So that was the first day that we have enjoyed in 3rd year... Now lets begin to 2nd and 3rdDay of (3L 3D and 3rd year) ... As i have not attended the first lecture coz i was too late to wake up. So i have attended the 2nd lecture . 2nd lecture was AN which was nice 1 .. And after that 1 hour of break... And the last lecture was MM(Pratibha mam) she was our class teacher for 4th sem... Agar koi uske rules follow nhi karega toh roona start... WTF yar... Sab k dimag mein sirf ek baat chal rahi thi Isko Ek Aur Sem Jhelna Padega... Kyun Dosto Sahi Kaha Na ? All of them were bored... But after leaving the class room of Last lecture , our Main Lecture started MASTI... We all were happy that khauu's lectre got over... We sat in canteen and orderd Tea and Kanda Pakoda... All were eating just like Bhukhad... Even i... At that time cold air cme and rain got started... It was just an amazing feeling ... Aur preety girl vandana and vrushali want to in rain and enjoy evrey drop of it... Par 2min k baad fir wapas aa gaye... Thode bheg k ate toh hame acha toh lagta... Cnt hide my felling's sorry girls... Richa does nt want vrushali to go in rain... I think she is jealous frm both of them.. And the day got over...
3rd day i bunkd 2 lectures of morning... So i dnt knw what they enjoyd in that lecture.. But after the break i was there in class room and our chu giri started... 3rd and 4th lectre was PROJECT related...and there was an Aptitude test of C and C++ .. All the studnts dnt knw what to write in that test... So evry one was luking here and there... Abhilash and i just finishd the test with in 15mins... And got to sleep for the rest of time... Our mam was got angry all the studnts are writng the test and we both got to sleep... And later i saw vandana also slept.... That was the F×××king test which i had in my life... And after that we all just go to Canteen for a while and moved frm there ...Sory yeh post maine 2nd aur 3rd day mix kar k likha hai.. Qki mujhe kal k bre mein b post karna hai... Hamare new juniors ane wala hai.. Toh thodi bhut tayari karni hai kal k liye... Love u my friends....

3 lecture in 3 day's of 3rd year

Firstly congrats to all the students of 09-12 batch of BVUIMED that we all came to the last year...
As the vacations of mine got bored and even yours would b, i knw all were willingly too come to colg and have fun instead of sitng in home... And thats true... When 3july cme i was very happy that "yes now we are the seniors and for 1year no one will rule us and even i'll meet my friends and share all the parts which we hve dne in vacations". But unfortunately colg delay for 1 more week... But as the 10 july came i was prepared to enjoy the colg life which i missed in 2year's...
11july our 3rd year colg started and all were very happy as this is the last year and after that we are the gradute students... 1lectre was AN.. I was very happy that my favorite'Divya mam' will once again teach us.. I was happy to see my friends and i was ready to do some Masti with them... And we did it.. 2nd lectre was PM 'smita mam'.. That subject is quiet interestng for me... And the 3rd lectre WDIP the master blaster of the colg "Mr.Zahir Mulani" some of them were happy that zahir sir will teach again ,but some of them was not... After the 3rd lectre 5-6 students just want to go home(Tushar,siddhesh,prasad,samadhan,vivek and prasant) ,i dnt knw y they ran fastly as the lectrues over... But some of them were sitting in our Real Classroom i.e. CANTEEN.... I , Abhilash , yusuf , sulukshana , vandana , prema and saquib... Sat for atleast 2 hours and enjoyd a lot with Tea ... As this is my first post i will just write about the first day only and be ready for 2 and 3 day of our 3rd year... Bahut ho gayi english ab thodi hindi b likh lete hai,warna bolenge hushari mar raha hai english mein likh k.... "Love u my friends" yeh hai mere post ka signature... Design an application to display traffic lights. All lights for 9 secs and yellow for 5 secs.

1. start VB & create a new project
2. Save the form & project as frmtraffic.frm
3. set the caption of your form as 'Traffic Light'

            Its 20th April and we have the birthday of Prema Rajput. We wish her a very Happy Birthday and pray for the best in her future. Prema is the charming girl of our class who can be seen jumping here and there in the class. Sometimes see talks like an adult while sometimes she act as a child. She is short in height but big in brain. She reacts to big things as they are small problems and to small things as they are biggest bombs of her life. 

            Recently, she had been engaged into a relationship and she is enjoying it thoroughly. We wish her luck for that too. Prema, keep growing and be as charming as you are.

Happy Birthday Yusuf !!!

            

Today, its the birthday of my best friend - Yusuf Dawawala. Hereby, I am wishing him a very happy birthday and hope he gain all he stipulates. He has been a co-operative classmate to me. We abuse each other, we disagree with each others ideas but still we like each others company. All the classmates used to call this guy a boring person but today everyone is surprised by his change. What I like about him is his True Outcome rather than keeping a fakeness a ubiquitous quotient of his personality. There is no falseness in his talking attitude and greeting attitude. What he is he is. He never shake the hand with some one if he is angry and not even ignore someone if he likes the company. He is the one to show his real heart outside. This has been his attitude right from the first day of the college. 

              Recently, Yusuf scored 1st rank in class. It was a surprising element for everyone but no one was jealous to see him score that marks. Everyone knows that he is genuine and when a genuine person achieve something, people applause it wonderfully. Same happened with Yusuf. Yusuf argues with everyone till he doesn't get the right answer. His favourite teacher has been Mukta Khapre mam for which he has been teased by all the classmates. Yusuf was quite reserved initially but now he loves to mix up with everyone. 

              On his 20th birthday, lets wish him a very happy birthday and a bright future to him.

              A very Happy Belated Birthday to our dear friend - Gaurav Save. Gaurav Save is always known as the King of Defaulters in our class. How much he tries to get away from the list, the Defaulter list never leaves him. He is also holding the record of highest numbers of subjects to be tried in a single semester. We just pray that he clears all the papers in 1 attempt and create one more record. 

              He acts like a salt in class. His presence may not effect us but his absence truly makes the class tasteless. Gaurav, we hope that you will attend the lectures continuously. A big blow for you on your birthday. Live a happy life ahead.

Happy Birthday to SOHAIL SHAIKH

              Sohail Shaikh is the biggest body-builder of our class. He is popular for his introvert image but from the 1st day when 4th semester started, he has changed himself a lot. He started the trend of Bigg Boss on Facebook and then entered Twitter with a blow. Everyone of us will always remember his self-created definition in the subject of Marketing Management. Sohail Shaikh is very sporty, OK in studies and good in sense of humor. We hope that he keeps exercising and gyming.

              On his birthday, we, the students of BCA 2nd year wish him a great success in future.

              Recently, we had our Festival Days in our college and this is the first time when our class - BCA 2nd Year has done so well. We have almost won all the competitions and we proved that we had the potential, it was just that we didn't used to participate.                So the HIGHEST NUMBER of Certificates is bagged by :-
ABHILASH RUHELA. He have won 4 Certificates out of which 2 is for being Champion and another 2 is for being Runner-Up as the team member in Cricket and Captain in Runner-up team of Volleyball. Lets congratulate him on behalf of BCA 2nd Year for his outrageous performance in the Fest.

    A very very Happy Belated Birthday to Vandana Singh. She has been a good performer in our classroom. In the Semester 1, she scored the 1st Rank and in the Sem 2, she scored 2nd Rank. She is good at studies and she is the one who is unpredictable. She is sometimes very cheerful and sometimes very aggressive. We dont love her aggressiveness but still we like her.
